Conrad has a comprehensive professional practice in the tax and financial consulting areas and is known for his forward-thinking, proactive approach to tax planning and financial structures. Mr. Druker assists clients on a regular basis, providing financial services that include business valuations; business or investment acquisition/divestiture evaluations and structuring; preparation of business plans; financial modeling; private and public financing evaluation and structuring; and general financial and cash flow counseling. A trusted advisor, he serves as trustee and executor for many of his clients and their families.

 

Mr. Druker represents clients in numerous industries, including real estate, construction, manufacturing, distribution and various service sectors. Many of his clients are large, closely-held organizations that have been family-owned for multiple generations. Mr. Druker is often their primary financial consultant, assisting the businesses and the families manage their financial affairs.

 

In addition to Conrad’s continuing role with his long-term clients, he is active in the firm’s Forensic and Litigation Support practice, where he has been involved in many of the most complex corporate litigation and investigation engagements.

 

Mr. Druker serves as a close advisor to the board of directors of many of his clients and concluded his term of more than15 years as director of the Merrill Lynch Bank FSB where he chaired the audit committee. Additionally, he served as an appointed member of U.S. Representative James Greenwood's Business Advisory Group.
