JKPPA needs your help to support our mission to assist individuals who are facing challenges navigating their health care experience. Personal Donations
Honor, memorialize, show appreciation for someone’s kindness, or wish someone well through your gift to JKPPA. We will send or email a card to the recipient acknowledging your gift. Please be sure to include the name of the honoree and contact information for the recipient with your check or if you donate online, please email us with your information so that we can acknowledge your gift.
If JKPPA and its volunteers have assisted you, please donate what you can, so that we may continue to assist you and others.
Corporate/Private Donations
JKPPA’s corporate and private donors have the opportunity to be publicly recognized on our website and at our functions. Increase your corporate, foundational and private social objectives with your sponsorship of JKPPA’s patient focused health care initiatives.
Encourage your employees to volunteer to assist a patient partner or to utilize our volunteer partner network resources for themselves and their loved ones and match your employees’ charitable contributions to JKPPA with your matching programs.
